Nick Sinclair (Director England and Wales LAC Network) and Les Billingham (Assistant Director Adult Care and Community Development, Thurrock Council) were invited to share learning about Local Area Coordination at the House of Lords Select Committee on Adult Social Care, as part exploring a positive way forward in transforming care and support.
